Opening an Account from Bulgaria
This page describes, in the third person, how account creation normally works at an operator serving Bulgaria. alphawin.biz is an independent information portal: it does not run a registration form, does not receive any data entered at the operator and cannot open, verify or restore an account. What follows is a description of the procedure and of the places where it usually goes wrong.
Before anything else, one check belongs first. The National Revenue Agency, which took over gambling supervision from the abolished State Commission on Gambling, publishes a register of licensed organisers and a list of blocked internet pages. What the form asks for
A first and last name matching an identity document, a date of birth confirming the player is 18 or over, an email address, a mobile number for confirmation codes, an address, and a password. The single most consequential rule at this stage is that the name on the account must match the name on every payment instrument used later. An account opened in one name and funded from a card in another is the classic route to a frozen first withdrawal, and no support conversation fixes it retroactively.
Verification: day one, not withdrawal day
Identity verification is not optional and not negotiable — it follows from the licence conditions, not from an operator's preference. What is optional is the timing. Documents uploaded on the first day are reviewed while nothing is waiting on them; documents uploaded at the moment of the first withdrawal add their review time, commonly 24 to 72 hours, to a queue the player is already impatient about.
Two documents are normally required: proof of identity, and proof of address issued recently. Photographs should show the whole document with all four corners visible and no glare over the details — a rejected upload costs another cycle. Where a payment method is also being verified, a picture of the card with the middle digits covered is a common additional request.
Limits before the first stake

Tightening any of them applies immediately; loosening waits out a delay.
