The Payments Desk: Nine Rails, Two Directions, One Currency Question

Choosing a payment method is usually treated as a formality and is in fact the decision that determines how quickly money comes back. A rail that funds an account in seconds may take three business days to return anything; another that looks old-fashioned pays out within a day. This desk compares the routes that genuinely work from Bulgaria, in lev, with the two clocks that govern every payout stated separately.

alphawin.biz is an independent information portal about the Alphawin platform. It processes no payments, holds no funds and cannot trace a transfer. Every figure below reflects published conditions and should be re-checked in the cashier before a transaction, since limits are the part of any platform that changes most often.

The two Bulgarian rails worth knowing first

ePay.bg and EasyPay are domestic systems with no direct equivalent in most markets, and between them they cover the two habits Bulgarian readers most often have. ePay.bg works through internet banking or an ePay profile, which suits anyone who already manages utility payments that way; the account is the intermediary, so no card number reaches the gambling site at all. EasyPay is the counter network, and it is the only route on this list that closes the loop in cash: a deposit can be paid in over a counter, and an approved payout can be collected over one.

For a reader who would rather not attach a bank card to a gambling account, that combination answers the question completely. Neither system has a dedicated page on this site — they are described here and in the two direction pages, depositing and withdrawing.

Lev, euro and the fixed rate

Bulgaria joined the euro area in 2026, so a cashier may display balances and limits in euro at the fixed rate of 1.95583 лв. to the euro. All figures on this site are written in lev. The practical consequence is not confusion about value — the rate is fixed — but conversion cost: if the account is denominated in one currency and the card in another, a conversion is applied to every deposit and every payout, and over a year that is the largest avoidable expense on this page. Matching the two at registration, as described on the account page, removes it entirely.

Two clocks, always in this order

A withdrawal has an operator stage and a method stage. The operator reviews the request, normally within about 24 hours, and only when that finishes does the method’s own timing begin. Wallets, ePay.bg, EasyPay, Trustly and crypto land within a day of approval; cards and bank transfers take one to three business days. Where identity documents have not yet been checked, a further 24 to 72 hour review is inserted before either clock starts, which is the single largest source of unexpected delay and the easiest to avoid.

Choosing by what matters to the reader

Questions about paying

Must a payout return by the same route as the deposit?
Usually yes, up to the amount deposited — this follows from anti-money-laundering practice rather than from operator preference. Where the deposit route cannot receive money, as with paysafecard, an alternative in the same person’s name is nominated.
Can an account be funded by someone else?
No. The payment instrument must belong to the registered account holder. A third-party card or transfer is the classic cause of a frozen payout, and it cannot be fixed afterwards.
Is tax owed on money withdrawn in Bulgaria?
With an organiser licensed in Bulgaria the player does not declare winnings as taxable income; the levy sits with the organiser. The National Revenue Agency confirms individual cases, and its register shows which organisers hold a licence.
Why is the withdrawal floor higher than the deposit floor?
Because each payout costs the operator a fixed fee regardless of size. A 40 лв. minimum keeps that cost proportionate; accumulating to a round figure rather than requesting repeatedly is the sensible response.
